## 日本語

[アプリ利用規約](./app.md)の内容を、やさしくまとめたものです。

**★これは規約ではありません。** 参考としてご覧いただく物であり、正式な内容は利用規約の第1条以降の本文が優先します。内容に食い違いがある場合も、利用規約が優先します。

- 個人でも法人でも、同じ条件で使えます。
- 仕事に使ってもかまいません。配信・動画・広告に映してもかまいません。
- アプリのファイルを、他の人に配る・売る・譲ることはできません。
- アプリを改造したり、中身を解析したりすることはできません。
- 有料の商品の一部として手に入れた場合、使えるのは買った本人だけです。
- アプリには一切の保証がありません。故意・重過失の場合を除き、制作者が負う賠償の上限は、あなたが実際に支払った金額です。
- 同じZIPに入っている3Dモデルなどには、この規約ではなくVN3ライセンスが適用されます（利用規約の第3条の表をご覧ください）。

A plain-language summary of the [App Terms of Use](./app.md).

**This is not the Terms themselves.** It is provided for reference only; the authoritative content is Article 1 onward of the Terms of Use. Where the two differ, the Terms of Use prevail.

- Individuals and companies may use the App on the same terms.
- You may use it commercially. You may show it in streams, videos and ads.
- You may not redistribute, sell, or transfer the App's files to anyone.
- You may not modify the App or analyse its internals.
- If you obtained the App as part of a paid product, only the purchaser may use it.
- The App comes with no warranty of any kind. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Developer's liability is capped at what you actually paid.
- 3D assets shipped in the same ZIP are not covered by these Terms; they are covered by the VN3 License (see the table in Article 3 of the Terms of Use).
